IDEMITSU ANNOUNCES ALL-NEW PACKAGING AND INTRODUCES ALL-NEW IFG SERIES OF ENGINE OILS

July 1, 2023 – Idemitsu Lubricants America is excited to announce new product packaging, and to introduce their exclusive new IFG Series of precisely tailored fully-synthetic engine oils.

New packaging – same great products. “The new labels and bottles are now more stylish, contemporary and convey the highest quality,” said Bob Hashmi, Director of Marketing. “They’re more advanced functionally, easier to handle and they pour smoother. The products inside will remain the same high-quality products currently available: transmission-specific ATF and CVTF, factory fill power steering fluid and the world’s #1 PAG Air Conditioning Compressor Fluid (part numbers will remain the same),”

And Idemitsu continues its quest for excellence and innovation with the introduction of their new IFG Series of fully synthetic engine oils. Three specific precision-tailored levels of engine oil with nanotechnology for peak performance. Idemitsu insists on precisely tailoring formulas to meet particular needs rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

• IFG 3 is based on our current proven product line which surpasses the most stringent GF-6 standards. IFG 3 is easily comparable to other premium oils in the market – it maintains its viscosity for longer while its superior detergent additives keep engines cleaner and better protected from wear, even in stop-and-go city traffic. Available in 0W-20, 5W-20 and 5W-30 viscosities.
• IFG 5 is the next evolution, our new high-premium oil formulated with the benefits of Quintet Guard™: fluidity, adaptivity, smoothness, responsiveness and durability to maximize performance, minimize friction and keep engines cleaner. Available in ultra-low 0W-16 viscosity.
• IFG 7 raises the bar as our new top-of-the-line flagship oil with Septet Guard™ – seven ultra-protective advantages to optimally complement high-precision engines for the ultimate in power, performance and protection with minimal friction. Available in ultra-low 0W-16 viscosity.
